Introduction

Welcome to Kargototo. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kargototo ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at kargototo.cam.

By accessing the kargototo platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of kargototo's services constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Service" The kargototo website, mobile interface, application, and all associated services, games, tools, and features accessible at kargototo.cam.
• "Account" A registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, manage funds, and engage with promotions.
• "Player" / "User" Any individual who has registered an account on kargototo and uses the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" Any additional credit, free spin, cashback, rebate, or incentive offered by kargototo to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) The identity and age verification process required by kargototo before processing withdrawals and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the kargototo platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on kargototo, you must at all times meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You are not prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction from accessing or using online gambling services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any undisclosed third party.
• You do not currently have a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement in effect with kargototo or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously been barred from kargototo's services due to a violation of these Terms.
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activity.

Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an account on kargototo, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Kargototo reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, first withdrawal request, and when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documentation may include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back copy
• Valid passport (bio-data page)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet or bank account showing matching name)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by kargototo may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of account access.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Kargototo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details. You must notify kargototo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Kargototo processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported on the platform:

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before those funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the kargototo account.
• Kargototo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

Kargototo offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general provisions set out in this clause.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses on multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be removed from the account at the expiry of the validity period.
• Kargototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse or technical error.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x), the Player must wager the total bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) by that multiplier before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a 100% welcome bonus of RM200 with a 10x wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of RM2,000 before the bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Kargototo employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and collusion between players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, kargototo reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and suspend the account in question.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the kargototo platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and esports:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Kargototo reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed in error at an incorrect odds price; (b) the outcome was affected by verified cheating, match fixing, or corruption; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by kargototo's platform systems. In the event of a technical fault during a live game session, the relevant round may be declared void and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day may apply. These limits are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.
• Kargototo's decision on the result of any event or game round is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kargototo platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with any associated balances forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform in any manner not authorised by kargototo.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned and may be voided.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party without that party's knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the platform or the experience of other Players.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kargototo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, databases, and digital assets — is owned by or licensed to Kargototo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kargototo.

Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use kargototo's brand elements without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kargototo and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions outside kargototo's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors, including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or FPX networks.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred through the normal use of the Platform, as betting outcomes are inherently uncertain.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damage, kargototo's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

Kargototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable belief that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon account termination for cause, kargototo may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting kargototo's support team. If the closure request is made for responsible gambling reasons (i.e., self-exclusion), the request will be processed immediately and access will be restricted. Players are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real-money balance before requesting closure.

Responsible Gambling

Kargototo is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all Players. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have put in place the following player protection measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or permanent exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and kargototo will not send any promotional communications to the excluded Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications showing their session duration, deposits, and net gaming results.

Privacy & Data

Kargototo collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of kargototo's Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and deliver communications regarding your account and relevant promotions (where you have opted in). Kargototo does not sell personal data to third parties.

Amendments to These Terms

Kargototo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kargototo will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via on-platform notifications or email communication to the registered address on file.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at kargototo.cam/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to kargototo's customer support team for attempted resolution through good faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being lodged, the parties may seek alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available to them under applicable law.

Players located in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation may vary and agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the kargototo platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
